First an in-game voice chat definitely something you guys should add in. AndYou should add something like ranked mode or maybe scoring system or anything that you can get when you winning the game. so it can make people always playing because they have purpose. I am personally, if I don't playing with my friends, i have no reason to try playing the lobby with unmotivated people that will immediately going afk if they not getting the impostor.
